So my friends and I all went to Fright Fest at Six Flags Fiesta Texas on Halloween... it wasn't as crowded as I thought it might be, probably because of the tanking economy, of course, but all the same it was nice to not have to wait in 4 hour lines. It was a pretty big group of us,

and her boyfriend, some of his WoW friends (yeah...) and his sister, and sister's friend, and her boyfriend's mom, and another friend. Hoo lawdy.
My costume was a big hit, a homemade "zombie prom date" getup with a $5 dress I slashed myself, complete with bright red fabric paint "blood" splattered all over. I even did some zombie makeup, which included all of the fake blood Walgreens had in stock. NO STORE-BOUGHT FAKE BLOOD, EVER AGAIN!!! It dried and flaked off about half an hour after I put it on and by the end of the day basically looked like I'd just smeared ketchup all over my face. I'm sure there are some recipes on the internet, I'll look them up for next year. I zombie-walked around the park all day, stumbling and groaning at anyone who made eye contact with me. There were even some park employees doing the same thing, I got into a growling match with another "zombie" and even tried to "zombie-hug" him, and he growled right back. Some lady must have thought I worked there because she had her kid take a photo with me. And of course, when I heard "Thriller," I immediately broke into what bits of the dance I knew. It was great.
I just found out today about the Ed Ed n' Eddy movie on Cartoon Network this Sunday - sooooooo excited about that. I thought after the last episode, that was it. No more EEnE. Ever. EVARRRRR. But I was wrong, thankfully. And now I'm watching reruns of EEnE and remembering my crazy crush I had on Edd in the 3rd grade and getting that all over again... I even tried to draw myself in the EEnE style but it didn't look right :C probably because I can't duplicate that sweet "squiggle-vision" effect from the show in a drawing... I always loved that about the show. I want to meet Edd's VA one day and tell him all about my freakish love for him *Googles name*... Samuel Vincent... oh how I love thee...
Anyway I'd best stick to my work, catch you cats around!
Thank you for the watch
